I'm really having mixed feelings about this company. Of course like any business, their sales team is responsive and helpful.. Because they're trying to make money but now that I am awaiting delivery, I'm starting to wonder if I made the right decision. Yes, I was told initially that it would take 7-14 days weather permitting but so far 5 completely clear business days have been wasted as if they're waiting for the upcoming bad weather just so they don't have to make the effort to deliver it in a timely manner. Yesterday I was told twice that their delivery team will be reaching out to me to schedule delivery, which was a lie.. here the next day the work day is almost over and still no phone call. We'll see how this goes, I guess.
