We arrived a little early but room was ready. But we found spider webs and roly poly bugs throughout room and bath. When reported, the manager arrived in minutes with vacuum and cleaning equipment and made it right. The rug was old but the room reflected an attempt to update. Bedding and bath linens were very nice. Public areas are lovely. Dog area provided.

Elevating Toronto by ToronElevators

Finally! After nearly two years, I returned, and both elevators were in service! 😁 They are quite nice! This hotel was built in 2017 and is Alliance’s newest hospitality property, next to the Holiday Inn Express, which opened in 2000.

Positive: Lobby nicely decorated Negative: Not very clean. Ants in the room. Hair dryer did not work.
