Excellent Services! Have been a landlord customer of RPM for 5+ years and Jeff has been great managing our 3 rental properties and taking care of literally everything for us, including legal disputes and evictions. He also takes care of our tenants very well, genuinelly cares about people. Highly recommended!

Very difficult communication after an easy process of signing the lease. Be prepared for basic fixes to take months.

Jeff takes weeks to respond to messages, if he does at all. On multiple occasions he charged us for work that was never done. He left the house vacated for several months without any reason or explanation. I informed him I was planning to fly out to look at the property, and he had people clean and polish the floors that morning. The neighbors told me no one had been in or out for months, until that day. I showed the property while I was there, and it was magically rented. When you do finally get him on the phone, he has plenty of words, but very little truth or accountability. I operated under the assumption that all property managers were basically the same. I regret ever hiring him. But worse, I regret not firing him sooner.
