I wanted to buy furniture this past Monday .noone there to write the slip.except some young girl who was way to busy on her phone. She completely ignored me. I left and went to the Carol stream location.better customer service

Not sure about return policies, but everything seems normal other than having to wear your mask in the store while shopping, they don't have fitting rooms open. But bathrooms are available
The dressing rooms are currently closed, so I just tried stuff on in the aisles. They have amended their return policy tho because the dressing rooms are closed.
they have a pretty large capacity limit in place, so there should not be a need for lines.
