Whatever you do do not give these people any of your money.. they will keep your deposit rip you off and then tell you that their managers did it on their own and they can't help you. It's amazing how they can pocket almost $1,000 of your deposit and if they're doing that to me and other people that adds up... So if they do that to 10 people that's $10,000... They are scam artists ripping people off. Update2020 Okay I'm editing this post because it's been a year and it has changed hands hopefully the new owners will do a better job.. The attendant that is taking care of it now is wonderful. I have friends that are staying here..

Was looking for an overnight RV spot for my travel trailer on our way north. Person answered the phone told me I have to fill out a credit application and see if I qualified. I said “look I’m only staying one night”, how much is it for one night? She said she didn’t know she would have to ask someone to calculate it, because they mostly have long term residency . They really don’t want to have one night stands. So she says. FYI . We’re moving on and trying someplace else!

The office is at willows trailer park. I really donnt have the number. Sorry..
I am so sorry that you live there yes it's owned by a corporation out of Sacramento but they refer you to the office in Willows RV Park.. I have been trying to get my deposit back for over 2 months.. and all they're doing is the blame game saying that their manager is the one that took the money.. I have tried talking to the owner Brock and one of his managers and all they do is yell and scream at me and hang up not very good customer service.. You can look on the registration for a registered sex offenders and their unit and name pops up.. I truly wish and hope that you can find somewhere else to live. I know there's not many choices in town.. and Maxwell is a cute little town it's just too bad that a mom and pop could not take over this RV park and make it something really nice...
