I initially interviewed with Sydney Sand. She seemed interested and engaged and looked like she really wanted to help me out with my job search. Our interview was back on 01/17. I emailed her that same week regarding 2 job openings, but I never heard back from her. I didn’t hear back for a week so I called her twice on 01/25 and sent her a text message. She replied and apologized for not responding to my email as it went into her “spam” and that she will be in and out of meetings all day, but she will get back to me when she can. Tuesday past and she didn’t text me back nor sent me a follow up email. I texted back the next day ,Wednesday, and said she was in and out of meetings again but will try to talk to the client about me. That was back on 01/26 and I have YET TO HEAR BACK FROM HER. Unacceptable and unprofessional. I do not recommend this staffing agency since they seem very unorganized and forgetful of who they are trying to help LAND A JOB.

I cannot overemphasize the quality, professionalism and attentiveness of The Chicago Hire Company. Within days of submitting my application they connected me with several companies with whom I got interviews. Before each interview, they sent me a very thorough prep-sheet. They spent a lot of time on the phone with me getting to know my preferences and career goals. They made contact with me before and after every interview to provide guidance and process the experience. I know they are super busy, but it felt like I was their only client. Also, there was a sense of fun about working with them! I'd utilized three other recruiting agencies before I found them and I'd come to expect poor service and constant checking in to remind them to work for you. My experience at The Chicago Hire Company was completely different. They are excellent and I can't recommend them enough!
