The management is incredibly rude and unprofessional. They will treat you nicely until you sign the lease, however, once there are issues, the management will not resolve them for you. The “renovated” units are old. Don’t even expect to get your deposit back when you move out. They will try to charge you for the things that they owe and once you call them, they will make it seem like it was a “mistake”. They literally tried to charge us for their electricity bill after we already moved out. Fraudulent company. Oh and did I mention that good reviews are fake? They give out incentives if residents leave good reviews.

My husband and I toured this property today and it was easily the kindest and most attentive tour we’ve had. One resident stopped us while we were walking around to say how much they love this community and that it would make a lovely home for our family. Highly recommend taking the time to stop in and meet the team and tour the lovely property. It’s definitely our first choice of the 5 we’ve seen this week.

We've been living at the Wheatlands for over 5 year and love it here! The front office is very friendly and maintenance replies very quickly when a ticket is submitted. I would def recommend this location for anyone looking for a quiet complex and friendly neighbors. Oh, i cant can't forget to mention the various activities they put on throughout the the year such as the ice cream truck, the cupcake food truck, pool / BBQ, and Halloween events.
