The Green at Chevy Chase Apartments

If you’re considering to lease an apartment at Green at Chevy Chase, then do that blindly. The management, maintenance, community, I will give them a five star. I lived here for almost an year and a half. In that period if time the maintenance and office made my stay so comfortable. They visited the next day I made a request and got the issue resolved the same day. The community has beautiful ponds, lakes and gardens. There is a walking track that’s a bonus one. The community is close-knit. The neighbors are thoughtful and helpful. Go for it. You will not regret it.

I want to say I love living here. There's been a few times I've needed help and the leasing office was SO helpful and responsive. They are always super friendly! And shout out to Monica who is so insightful and seems to really care about the people living here. So happy to call this place home!

Have been here for a year and this rating is for the maintenance team specifically. And particularly for Bob. He is the most helpful, sincere and hard working individual here. When there is any issue big or small he is on it right away, takes the time to check all avenues and provide solutions quickly. I am grateful for his extra care and feel relieved knowing if something goes wrong we can rely on him! Extremely professional and very patient!!

I lived in this complex for 1.5 years and only left due to remote work which allowed me to move closer to family. The complex is very spacious and quiet and is on a golf course to boot. The employees at the office were always courteous and friendly and any maintenance in the apartment was handled punctually. I had zero issues throughout my time living here. I would highly recommend these apartments to anybody!
