Jean has an amazing personality. He takes his time and doesn't rush through appointments like most salons do in Bay Area. I'm satisfied with my haircut and I will absolutely go back. Glad I found him!! I agree with the other reviewers on his listening abilities. He understands your ideas well.

Went in for all over lavender color and a cut. He winds up doing a trim, then talks me into a balayage because “it is sooo popular right now”, then the final cut. He started so low with the balayage that he winds up cutting most of the color out with the final cut. I wind up with grey highlights- definitely not lavender- that start halfway down the length of my chin length bob. Not the final look I wanted at all. The color washes out after a couple showers. Went somewhere else and they were able to do what I asked easily.
