Would not recommend this facility to anyone the place is dirty the staff can be unkind. residents are unclean and argumentative there are real no activities for the residents the food is not homemade it is pretty much all processed foods. If you become sick you may have to wait up to three or four days to get meds.

Nice work environment. All staff comes together as a team to help one another out when needed. I love working here with the residents and staff.

Unfortunately, since Ransomville is such a small town, rumors spread like wildfire, including what you are posting here. I am not at liberty to discuss Resident issues or diagnoses but you can be assured that there was not a Resident that died after having trouble breathing. We take the health of our Residents very seriously and any complaints of difficulty breathing would lead to the Resident being immediately sent out for medical care. We treat our Residents as family. Heritage Manor of Ransomville is an Adult Home. The Adult Home is not required to employ licensed professionals other than a Registered Nurse for the Assisted Living Program. However, we feel so strongly about providing the best care for anyone that resides with us, that we have 2 full-time and 1 part-time Registered Nurse.
Don't really have visiting hrs due to covid but residents are free to go in and out of facility. So if u would like to take ur loved one out for the day few hrs or overnight just give us a call so we can have them ready for u
