I interviewed with Mike and Mike last week. After sending 2 emails thanking them for taking the time to interview me (with no answer or reply) , I decided to call the office today. I was transferred to Mike Necci and he answered, only to tell me they chose someone else. I would have never heard from them. Furthermore, I know I am the best candidate for the position! How ironic my next statement is: WATER under the bridge.

Zeke, Rachel and Camden were terrific

We were pleasantly surprised with how responsive and professional Servpro was to work with. Water damage is never fun to deal with but if it ever happens again we will not hesitate to call them up. One of the workers (Zeke) even left us a kind note telling us our toilet was running and what piece needed to be purchased to fix it. All of the staff who called us to set up appointments and answer questions were super friendly. It’s the little things with businesses like this and Servpro does it right!

Absolutely the most professional, prompt and knowledgeable company!! No other service compares to serve pro! Zeke, Caitlin and Matt quickly remedied my water damage, mold and god awful smell in my basement. I can not say enough good things about them! Thank you, thank you, thank you! You guys rock!!

Yes you can I know for a fact because I work there. And it all depends on how large the rug is

Yes, we accept all insurance claims. Each of our clients who uses an insurance claim is assigned a Project Coordinator to help them process their claim from start to finish.
They do not sub out work they're able to do themselves such as load-in and load-out, moisture and mold remediation, and carpet and wall removal from water damage or fire. They don't do the repairs for carpentry, electrical, flooring, etc. They won't sub that out and act as a general contractor; they will give you recommendations of people their clients have worked with in the past. I do know they employ crew for load-in and load-out with what seems to me to be a high amount of turnover, and therefore variable trainging in how to be careful with customer goods. I had a few damaged items.
