I ordered 4 things. I have recieved 2 things. I can't track the 3rd item and when I call them I keep getting disconnected. And the 4th item they seem to be out of but when I was in a store in Rochester they had it.

No, they also have male products like beard oil and hair cutting machines. They also have a nail section. In addtion, they have items for a hair salon/barber shop.
Yep! Anyone can walk in and buy. The staff is great if you have questions too.
