This fedex is the worst. Everything I order and gets shipped through this facility I feel they try to steal my package. It stays there for almost a week. Let see if my package this time does the same. I wish customer service allows you to pick up the package when the driver refuses to deliver.

This is by far the worst fed ex ive ever dealt with, over multiple states. Only time I get my package on time and undamaged is if I go get it myself. I am editing to add this company has lost multiple packages of live animals and have cost lives by being so incompetent.

Nice ship center with speedy service and friendly employees. It is a little out of the way though and takes some time to get to from the main areas of the city.

If the shipper requires it to be signed it must be signed. You can sometimes presign for it on the FedEx site.

can they just leave my package at my door as ive sat waiting at my door for 2 days and never got the package but did get the sorry we missed you sticker that blew in to my yard

They obviously have new staff that don't want to deliver stuff sometimes so they just pretend they tried. I was at my house 3 days in a row and not even a sticker. They just decided they weren't going to make a effort to walk up my driveway.

Trying to reschedule a delivery but all you get is an fn computer. I need to talk to someone. A real person. Terrible way to interact with customers. Never use again.
