The staff is friendly. I’ve only had breakfast. Each time I’ve eaten there the food has been very flavorful and fresh. The salsa was good too with the just the right amount of spice for breakfast. I enjoy the large selection of self serve coffee. I taste a different kind every time I go. The patio seating is refreshing as most of the tables are trees or umbrellas. The patio does sit in a parking lot but fortunately it has never been to busy I have yet to try their smoothies but they seem to be popular.

First time to this bakery. Food tasted great and customer service outstanding. Prices are great. Outdoor seating area what brought is here. Will visit again for sure.

Exceeded my expectations! My husband and I came to La Mesa for a doctors appointment near by and stopped by before. The food is very good! It seems to be made fresh and not rushed. High quality at very cheap prices. I don’t know how they do it. The jelly that came with the avocado omelette was all fresh and the portions are big enough to share. Two thumbs up! Will be back!
