My family has used this Urgent Care far too many times because it's close to home and when you're very sick you don't want to go far. The staff are usually very polite. However the doctor we've seen is always very rushy, doesn't want to give information, and acts like they can't be bothered to help you. We will not be going back.

Was told I would be able to be seen at 4:30, and to be there at 4:30. Got there 10 minutes early, didn’t get seen by a doctor till 5:45 just for him to take a glance at my affected area once, was too worried about my mask being on my chin ( below where my affected area was located) , and stood in the corner of the room to talk to me. Do not recommend going here if you want any type of information. Waited for the doctor more than I saw him.

We visited for a last minute urgent drug screening for a deployment, Ms. Eilis at the front desk was SLAMMED with work but was incredibly helpful and friendly, massive smile on her face the entire time while assisting multiple patients. Great service, thank you!

I fell today while showing houses & hurt my wrist... I called CareNow to make an appointment & they told me that I could register online and they would call me when it was time for me to come in ...(so I would not have to leave my house early! ) They were busy but they called me in about a half an hour and I went in and got right into an examination room...my tech Nick Knowess was great (a proud vet) He was caring, took my stats & then my wrist X-rays! Patricia, the doctor was nice and personable too, she told me that she was going to have Nick put a splint on it & let me know how to care for my injury! Very clean & nice facility!!! I highly recommend them!!!
