My grandma is out of her blood pressure medication and doesnt have an appt until next friday i called the pharmacy and talked to someone that said they would give her 3 pills so shes not out of her med until friday when shes seeing her dr, well the manager here denied the 3 pills! i hope my grandma doesnt get sick!

The ladies at this pharmacy have no type of customer service. It's NOT always about the speed of service. They all put you on a hold, regardless of it being a simple phone call, or drive thru. Every time we have a concern, we see there attitudes, and frustration. Is that the service they would appreciate for themselves and there loved ones? The gentlemen are much friendlier and patient. They really need to show the girls how to be more pleasant.

I hardly ever write reviews unless it is something out of the ordinary. This weekend my husband and I come to visit family and he had left his insulin back home. Paul from this HEB pharmacy went above and beyond to help us get the prescription and get the insurance to cover it being since we didn't have a refill and it was too soon to refill it. He gave us spectacular service!!!
