We head to the Bay whenever the Lake is too choppy to anchor off and swim. Love all the swans as well!

Nice fishing get out of there at night or will be eaten alive by mosquitoes 🦟

Absolutely beautiful by the pond. The geese were getting their night swim in as the sun was getting low on the horizon. Nature at its finest in upstate New York ☀️

It depends on the area. Some parts are on a leash. Some sections are no dogs allowed.
They have a parking area and trails that you can easily walk to the water 🌊
You can hint waterfowl in the bay. It can get crowded at times though
You can bow hunt to there, but not target practice. Says that on the sign.
No..it's a wildlife refuge.
Not really. No easy access to the water for a launch.
I'm sure. That depends on the time of year. I didn't see anything while I was there.
There is free parking in the park side on .you have to walk to go to bird obserbvation tower or if u go to long pond section there is parking then walk in on trail
There are all sorts of birds, bats, deer, coyotes, foxes, geese, ducks, swans, owls, groundhogs, raccoons, wild turkeys & turkey vultures. I may have missed some. These are all the animals my family & I have seen, first-hand. It's really nice there. There are trails & docks, you can walk down, to get to the marsh. There is a tall viewing point, & you can see very far, from it. Not all of the trails go straight to the water. As you pull in; on your hand right side; there are trails, that focus more on the woods & what you'll find, as you walk through them. It's a really great place! Everyone should go there, for a visit.
