Charges doubled for january and they wont fix it. Great business model. Absolute garbage. No staff on site, machine doesn't take cash, and the card/screen interface doesn't let me enter card number. How do I pay? This business model hates it's customers. Any other storage company in town is better. Comcast gives it's customers better service

Technology and systems all work well for a seamless set up and use. The entire area was clean, well lit. The units are set on concrete pads a few inches up from the asphalt drive (just a note to myself to remember to step up. It's a great feature to keep the units dry; there are gutter systems with regular downspouts to help with this as well).

Used to be a great place. Ever since the owner swap it has been absolutely horrible. Auto pay got completely messed up. Even my name got changed on my unit. And forget about trying to get ahold of anyone. Have been on hold for over an hour and still nothing. Will definitely be looking for a new storage area.
