My wife was bitten by a dog while traveling overseas and needed to complete her rabies vaccine series back home, with the second shot due the day after she got back. I called the County Health Department and they said that they don't do those shots. I called Parkview and they said the vaccine was in their formulary and that we just needed to check in at the ER and get their doctor to sign off for the next shot. When I showed up at the Parkview ER, the staff sounded angry, insisted that they do not have rabies shots available, and told me to go to the health department. She never looked at the computer to check and cut me off mid-sentence when I tried to explain what I was told when I called both Parkview and the health department. Horrible experience and horrific customer service in a situation that has potentially serious health consequences. Luckily we were able to get what we needed at another hospital's ER.

I had an excellent experience at Parkview warsaw. The nurses treated me with compassion and set my mind at ease. My Doctor listened to me and was very helpful. Can't recommend them enough it was also very fast compared to other ER visits I've had.

I can't say enough about Parkview. The ER in Warsaw is so much better than the other ER in town. Staff was caring, my nurse Connie was amazing. How I was treated is exactly how a hospital should treat their patients. Caring. Concerned, on top of things. Best decision bringing Parkview to Warsaw.
