I recently attended one of their auctions through the online platform Live Auctioneers. I have used this online platform with other auction houses and found it to be a good experience, but with Strawser the online auction was a rushed mess. Bids received before the fair warning call weren’t recognized and lots closed without announcement. It was a waste of time for those of us bidders and those who sent their items to auction lost out. Strawser needs to learn to how to auction in the online format, until then I won’t waste my time again.

They are rude, unprofessional people. They charged me for items I did not have and overcharged me in fees, then was very rude when I pointed out their mistake
