Tables, chairs, and drink machine for my wedding arrived 5 1/2 hours late and were all totally filthy. We had to scrub clean every chair and table and gut the drink machine and clean that. They never called to warn they’d be late and the lady on the phone was very rude and condescending when I called to check on delivery. We definitely won’t be using them again and suggest you stay away as well.

As a party tent business owner myself, I understand the stresses and busyness that this time of year brings. I work very well with Taylor Rental and their team and whenever I am running low on party supplies they are always willing to help me out. The face of their office and the lady on the other end of the line, Marie is amazing and will bend over backwards to give me or any of her customers the best rental experience possible. We ordered an inflatable slide for an end of the school year party. When they were 15 minutes late, my coworker called. They said they were a little behind, but loading the truck. When they were 45 minutes late, I called. They said (A) that they thought we were supposed to pick it up, (B) that it was for the next day at 9 am, not the day we ordered it for, and (C) that it was for the next day at 4pm. It took them calling up the original person who made the order and then that person reading the invoice with the correct date and time over the phone before they admitted that they "lost our paperwork". Whoever answered the phone was rude, too. To all three of us.
