The East side location is terrible. I've had my deposits placed in the wrong account, been given a money order in the wrong amount, and even been denied cashing a check that meets all the appropriate requirements. I've worked for credit unions before at an administrative level, I know the regulations and am highly annoyed at their constant errors and poor service.

Oswego Federal Credit Union is an amazing bank, with wonderfully helpful staff. Kieran is one of go to tellers, always greetinge with a smile and some pleasant small talk while I do my banking. If your in search of a new bank and live in the area, I would defentally pick here!
