Went in to grab a pair of shoes I debated on getting. Waited at the register (which was fine) but no one came. Even asked aloud if anyone was there. We only have a handful of shoe places in Aiken and this place missed the mark by a mile

My daughter got a pair a shoes a few months ago and the box had 2 left shoes. She (10 years old) called a couple of times asking questions about returning/exchanging them. The lady she spoke to was super nice to her and extremely helpful. She had the right shoe set aside for us when we got there. Not only was she helpful, but she was kind to my daughter. If I could give her customer service skills 10 stars I would!

We ask that you pick up your order within 3 days. Make sure to keep an eye on your email confirmation and pickup confirmation, as it will have an exact date and the address of the pick-up location.
