I had such a great experience at Carl’s today! Larry was so informative and such a big help!!! Later I also got to meet Antoine who is also such a great help! I’m so excited for my new dining set that tomorrow I’m going BACK for a new sectional! I would give 10 stars if I could :)

I bought a recliner Sunday evening, Monday evening the lever on the side will not activate the recliner.. something with the inner workings isn't engaging properly.. can I bring this one back, pay the extra, and exchange it for the powered version ?
