They contract with Barr trucking for local steel movement. I believe Barr is hiring as of February 2020.
The Nucor steel mill here is Auburn makes rebar, channels, billets, and rounds most of there product ships by Train and some by truck. Outher plants around the country make other steel products. A full list can be found on there web site.
