I purchased a ram with 20k on it I love the truck it’s great! However their communication is horrible I only have one fob that works out of two given to me. It was brought to their attention the first week of purchase and yes I replaced the battery no connection at all does not work! Here we are 2 months later. They took two weeks to get the truck ready for me causing me to make a 500$ payment on my trade and now no reimbursement. They lost the check in the mail for the pay off! So they decided to send the new updated amount that included my safety payment to cover myself which potentially screwed me. I’ve called 3x today left a voice mail and nothing yet. I won’t buy from them again!
