Way over priced for pretty much everything.

Unbelievably good customer service. The staff really care about their customers and get to know them by name. Incredibly knowledgeable in their respective departments, they can fill custom orders and provide help with your plant and animal questions. An incredible gem I wish I had known about sooner.

I wanted to take a minute to update my review to include the fact that they stayed open after they closed for me to pick up some crickets for our gecko because every place around is out of them. The following is my previous review: The staff goes out of their way to help when they run out of something. They opened up a large bag of birdseed in order to give us only 10 lb. The prices are pretty reasonable and they have a pretty neat selection of pet foods and pets.

You can swap for around $20 or get your tank refilled for under $10.
No they do not. They only have a vet that stops by every once in a while to do vaccinations.
They have rabbit cages
Not at the moment but you can request that they order one for you
They do have reptiles and amphibians. Also small animals and birds and fish.
