Awful people skills and service in the pharmacy area! 1st incident- I ended up with powdered, unmixed antibiotic for my child, they told me to mix it at home, it’s quite literally their job to make sure medications are ready! 2nd incident- they got Very short with me, interrupted me when speaking with a simple prescription mixup. Also- no accountability for their behavior, literally listening to 2 female pharmacy techs say it’s always gonna be their fault and they’re always gonna be blamed within ear shot from seating area. So unprofessional!!!!

Laney Thurston is right. That pharmacist is the most unprofessional person I have ever met. He is apparently a better human being than the rest of us. I asked him how do I get to be so perfect like him and he couldn't answer me.

This is the worse CVS pharmacy I have ever been to. Been using this pharmacy for 21 years. My insurance mandates I use this pharmacy. I am at the point I will pay for my prescriptions out of pocket to avoid this poorly run circus. If you have a loved one who needs constant life saving medications do not get your meds here. They will run out because taking stock and proper ordering is not followed here and they won't care that you go a week or two weeks without medication. 15-30 mins routinely to sit on hold before you will even be able to speak to someone. They will tell you they have only a partial script but not the whole script and won't even give you a few pills till they can get orders in . Tell you they will have meds on a certain day until that day comes and then...oops we have to order that and it will be another week when you were just told the same thing the week before. Absolutely no care about the health of their customers. Not that they care but I'm taking my families business across the street to Walgreens. This CVS just continues to get worse every year. One star was being generous

Why am I still getting charged for cerbral. I caceceled for carebral, when I cancelled the crebral the very sameday. I cancelled cause I can't afford your program and wanted to have it my money back for all the money]. If I don't receiceve my money back. I wiil the forced to aquire a lewyer. In which you will haved to pay my lawyer fees as well totayl the thedaye
