My insurance company recommended this company to have my windshield replaced in my RV because this company claimed they could replace RV windshields. When I called to make an appt. The secretary couldn’t answer any general questions about having my windshield replaced nor would she get the answer or transfer my call to someone who could. When I show up for my appointment the secretary was extremely rude, unprofessional and suddenly pretended to know everything about glass replacement. Not only was she rude and bossy to me but did the same to the two employees that do the glass replacement. I was told to bring my RV into their bay which is not physically equipped to handle RV’s more like anything under a mid sized pick up. My RV got stuck in the skinny bay and due to their ground guidance my RV got the slide out cover broken off. I was then told that they can’t replace the glass because the RV wasn’t perfectly level. They recommended a freight liner company to level the RV. After a $1000 leveling repair I went back to the glass company in which the secretary told me and the manager/owner that it’s not level enough and that they refuse to do the replacement. Come to find out they don’t have employees that are trained and experienced to do the work and they even attempted to replace another RV that wasn’t level and they couldn’t get their windshield replaced. They also had multiple complaints about RV windshield repairs not getting done because of their excuse that the Rv isn’t perfectly level( mine was 1/2” off). My insurance sent me to J&T glass in Syracuse and even though the Rv was slightly off level they replaced the glass with zero attitude or issues. They replaced it over 6 months ago and I haven’t had any issues and they did an excellent job. I don’t know how they are with replacing glass in a house but I will never ever recommend this company to anyone to replace a car or RV windshield. With the attitude I got from their employees I believe their proclamation that they support the military is a flat out lie.

Amazing experience as usual. Was told about week over the phone which was perfect, when I showed up I was told to wait and it was done in 20 minutes if that. Turned out great. We've had everything from windows to the glass of our wood stove replaced and the results have been superb everytime.

I needed a custom cut piece of glass to replace a window in an old door. The piece was over 50 inches long and none of the big box hardware stores carried pieces large enough and none could cut the angle I needed at the top. Northern Glass to the rescue! They cut the piece to order and it was perfect. Great quality, accurate, and a good price. Great workmanship and pleasant staff.
