I have been asking for a simple letter with my daughter's diagnosis for school for the last three months and still have not received it. Every time I call I get an answering service who takes messages and passes them along. No one ever calls me back and when they do actually call back no one ever has any idea of what I'm asking for. She hasn't seen a doctor in two months because every doctor leaves and then they don't get replaced so we are left with no meds. This place is terrible and they should not be allowed to treat people with mental health issues. My next step is to report them to the state. I wish I could give them negative five stars.

I went two times and did not like the service they provided. I was told it would be possibly 3 months or more before I could see a psychiatrist. In the meantime, I could do a walk-in. I've never heard of such a thing. The more I research this establishment I'm finding poor reviews about their services. I'm feeling really discouraged. I think it's best I start looking for another place for my psychiatry.

Wasted three weeks of my time. A simple, β€œwe’re not prescribing you medication anymore” would’ve sufficed. Let me have withdrawals, listen to me say I want to die because of how I felt being off my medication so long. Proceeded to tell me that the only thing they could do for me is provide conversation. Useless. Never returning to this place. ZERO emergency protocols in place for situations where patients run out of medication and may have been to busy to get it refilled. Thank you for nothing Access.πŸ‘ŒπŸΎ

I WISH I COULD GIVE THEM 0 STARS. THEY TOLD ME TO COME BACK SEVERAL TIMES IN THE SAME DAY TO GET MY MEDICINE. THEY ARE USELESS. EVERYONE SINGLE ONE OF THEM.
