I’m another healthcare provider in Newburgh and had severe pain in my UL shoulder a couple of weeks ago. It was unrelenting and couldn’t sleep because of it. I had been recommended to go to Dr. Peña by a coworker a while back when I had back pain but never went. I just worked through the pain. I was desperate with this pain and called the day before Thanksgiving! She got me in and saw me (albeit quickly, but I was late). After the first adjustment, I was still in pain but was able to move my neck with more range of motion than I had been prior to my pain. After 4 visits I am now pain free and feel the difference. I will be continuing to see her to maintain my orthopedic and neurologic health! I believe she is very skilled and knows what she is doing. She is very caring, however, don’t expect her to talk your ear off. She is very matter of fact but excellent!

I woke up one morning with the worst back pain and could barely walk or sit because I was in so much pain. I called Dr. Pena and was squeezed in that day!! After one session I was able to walk and sit with so much more comfort. Totally worth seeing her!!

They saw me same day and were extremely helpful

I have been going to Dr. Pena off and on for about a year. I am a teacher and with the remote learning, my head is down, my shoulders are slump and my lower back has been bothering me from sitting so much. Within a couple of appointments I felt like new. She is not just concerned about my adjustments, she is fountain of information when it comes to nutrition, vitamins and just healthy living. I highly recommend Dr. Pena. She is no nonsense type of doctor/person. Very professional!

Spinal position, curvatures and muscle tone can also be examined as it relates to possible spinal subluxations.
