An excellent place to get all your shopping needs. The employees are very nice and helpful. Their prices are usually better than most places in Rapid and their selection is great. I love the gift shop for their unique ideas and their chocolates are excellent! And they just remodeled. It looks nice.

I used to work here & it's been the most unfriendly employer that I've ever worked for! I was terminated based on an online review! ( that was loaded with lies) 😡😡 Most of the customers are very patient & friendly while others don't understand the process of filling a prescription!!

Let me start by saying I love Boyd’s and do a lot of business there and am usually treated very well, but today I had to pick up prescriptions and was treated so rudely by the cashier in the pharmacy. I didn’t get her name, but the grey/ white haired lady. She treated me with so much disrespect, and actually made faces and gestures when she couldn’t hear what I was saying. The first time I went, I was told they weren’t ready, which was understandable and I was not upset. But when I asked when I should come back, she got nasty saying no idea, it’s in the pharmacists hands, maybe 15 minutes, we are swamped. Even though she was very nasty with her attitude, I said I will just come back in a few hours because I could see they were very busy and probably short staffed like everyone else. Came back 2 hours later and she said there was nothing for me in the system, and I explained I was there earlier and she told me they were working on a bunch of prescriptions for me. Then she found them. Very rude during this whole conversation. Said they weren’t ready yet. I told her I was told 15 minutes 2 hours ago and I am not upset but could she tell me a good time to come back so I didn’t have t keep running back and forth. She said nope. I finally asked her to please go ask. Which she stomped off and did. Pharmacist said a few more minutes so I sat down and waited and heard him tell her when they were done but she left them sit there because she was mad at me for asking for a time and was very verbal about someone needing to relieve her for lunch. Finally she went to lunch and the sweet lady who relieved her got me taken care of. Love the store but I won’t put up with that kind of treatment from her again, I will change pharmacies if it happens again.
