I’m not an extremely experienced trail hiker, but have spent a lot of time in the woods. The trails are marked, but not necessarily apparent when you’ve made the return loop back and how to navigate back to the park entrance. I know I made a wrong turn at some point, but knew enough to just keep walking until something’s started to look familiar. Pay attention to what you see at the beginning of the trail, so you know what to look for coming back. My only suggested improvement would be to post an occasional sign for the park entrance.

One of the best trails to walk in/near Pittsburg! I love the wide trails and greenery that surrounds you here. If you are feeling adventurous, I would recommend exploring the smaller trails in the back, too. Perfect for a quick lunch break walk, or an afternoon bike ride with the whole family!
