You have not properly experienced SEK until you come to Frontenac and go to Palluccas. This vintage grocery store also has amazing sandwiches, catering, and an event center in the front.

Great local food with weekly lunch specials. Usually eat here at least once a week. They also can make rigatoni and sausage in large vats to go. This is just as good as eating in the shop.
