Than when you call the office every other week you get a smart a$$ answer like I don’t know what to tell ya and hang up the phone.. meanwhile you pay full price in advance! I would give 0 if possible. They do not arrive consistently, if it’s snowy they won’t come but still charge you. Their bill is the only thing consistent from this company other than disappointment. They do not communicate well if account things need updated, and if you want to talk to them you have to call many times.

Had service for 2 months was billed twice as much as I was at previous trash company (WM) and they NEVER picked up my trash. 8 weeks of service ($139 was paid to them for service) and 8 unsuccessful pickups. Repeated calls to management and a million I’m sorrys and promises that the manager himself would come yet I was still left with an overflowing dumpster. I would watch a Rapid Removal drive past my house every single day and he never would come down to empty my dumpster. If I could give -5 stars I would.

I was a little skeptical at first for getting a roll off dumpster after reading all of the comments. But decided to go with them. They were reasonably priced and I was able to get a 20 cubic feet roll away with no issue. They dropped it off and then came and picked it up. I did have trouble contacting them, but overall I was happy with the service.
