Whitney Surin was phenomenal! This was my first time at the shop and he was so warm and welcoming. I was greeted with a smile, and was told that he could get me in and out quickly and that he did. His customer service was excellent and so professional! This type of service you don't see often. Him and the staff were quick and efficient with my tire change. I will definitely be coming back for sure! :)

The men at Mavis Tires & Brakes really helped me late Friday afternoon (15 minutes before closing) as I drove from Charlotte to Beaufort, SC. My car’s “Low Tire Pressure” warning came on near Columbia. There have been three warnings before; two times, I had nails in my tires and made it three miles to the Charlotte dealership to have them repaired. Another time, driving back from SC, turned out it was a very minor issue and took care of it once I returned to Charlotte. Not knowing if it was serious or not, the guys at Mavis checked all tires, inflated them to confirm there weren’t any issues. They were all very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this shop and their employees.

I found a nail in my tire on a Saturday night and was worried I would have to wait to find a place to fix it until Monday. The guys at Mavis were amazing for being open on a Sunday and fixed everything really fast!! Everyone was so nice and helpful!!

I'm not sure that they do; however, I believe that they have at least one financing partner. If nothing else, they will do anything that they can to take care of their customers. I'd highly recommend Frank's!
