Terrible. Timer does not shut off on debit machine when finished, just keeps charging money. Also, high pressure soap was not working but the attendant's attitude is what needs repair. Vacuum unit is also atrocious. Filthy. No stars.

I swiped my card, hit the rinse button and no water pressure. I hit stop after 30 seconds and was charged $10 - will never go there again

So one of the hoses for the self-wash section was broken, but the soft-touch garage was awesome. Having never been in a self-activated car wash before, it was pretty cool. Pricing was very fair, and the overall experience was great.

Don't waste your time or money. Not only will this car wash not get all of the dirt off your car, it will also leave the soap it applied as well. I realize these washes are never as good as a hand wash but I was expecting that at least the heavy stuff would be rinsed away.

Good luck with that,. Last year I went through the car wash and the wheel scrubbers stopped in the middle of my doors and scrubbed my car and scratched it and then shut off and I didn't even get a full wash and nobody answers phones and nobody contacts you back
No clue but it's done it to me to not only on that but in the actual washer and dryer Department but they were closing and the maintenance guy gave me my money back I was also trying to use my credit card to swipe it but he was trying to get us out of there in a hurry, so he just gave me my money back. I was just lucky i guess....
