This was the worst visit I've had to this hospital. After both test were finally done the lady from my last test was too lazy to just taking me to outpatient parking after I was told they would take me. She took me to the main entrance instead and waited 15 minutes to find someone to take me down there and she could have taken me down there and gotten back to echo in that time. I am disabled and can't walk long and she just left me. She doesn't deserve to be an employee at Boone. She has a foreign accent and is short and skinny. I should have gotten her name but I will.

My mother has been at Boone hospital for multiple health problems. The care she received was over and above she could’ve received anywhere else. I would like to thank the entire staff and specially the nursing staff for their excellent job!! Last but not least, I wish to thank the social workers for working so hard to find a bed for mom in a facility. I hope to die in my sleep but if I get sick Boone hospital will be my choice.

Your question is rude and unclear, are you asking #1, is the staff rude, #2, were they just rude to you? By the way you asked your question ( I think you can see why your treatment way not pleasant, you get back what your Ora puts out , read your question again and ask yourself what is it you’re asking for and projecting to others, never been treated at this hospital but I am pushing back just because your attitude is asking for that?
