I can't comment on the food or anything since I walked in, got a look at the place and walked out. It looked like they didn't have enough workers at all (definitely not their fault). They place was a mess when I walked in. It seemed as if no one cleaned any of the tables or the dining area from any of the diners so people just chose wherever there looked to be a reasonably clean seat until there weren't any more. There was a line reaching the door. I could tell from where I was they seemed to be out of or waiting on several items (again lack of staffing is out of their control), and the area where you make the food looked like a good cyclone went through. Two stars for the workers! They were hustling and doing their best behind the counter that day or at least during the time when I walked in. I applaud them on that.

This might be a long post. Not sure yet! First of all, I haven’t been to Chipotle since last year because the last time I had it, I got sick immediately after eating it (Eden Way location). Today, after PT I was feeling Chipotle. Maybe it’s the rain lol. By far this is the BEST Chipotle in the area!!! Good service from the moment I entered the door. Smiling faces, efficient service during lunch rush. My hats go off to the crew working right now (as of 1pm EST). You all deserve a raise. #RealReviews

I would not recommend going to this location around closing , 8:30 ish pm! The staff was clearly ready to close and go home . The girl that served my food was annoyed . When I would ask for simple toppings like sour cream, beans I was told they were out of beans but after my order she went over to the online order station and got beans for the next customer . When I asked for lettuce and sour cream she rolled her eyes when she had to go get them as if it’s my fault they are still open and for whatever reason didn’t think to have all of the toppings out . Because of how my food was fixed neither my husband or myself enjoyed our meal 👎🏾

As a person that worked in fast food in my teen years, I get how customers can be a bit much. However, workers need to practice good sanitation, especially making people's food. I order a burrito and once it got to the veggies, the worker put the wrong topping. No big deal but then her and another employee began picking through my food to get it off. I got past that, but she wiped her gloves on her dirty apron. I could visibly see the combination off food products on her apron. She then proceeds to grab the cheese WITH THE SAME GLOVES. I stopped her and tried to gather my thoughts to politely ask her to change her gloves. She read my mind and proceeded to change her gloves, but I can tell she had an attitude. Then went and whispered something to another associate. There's a food handlers safety class for a reason. I thought about calling corporate, asking for a manager, but I'll just stick to Moe's for now on.

No one is standing there. Present customers put pressure on the worker to make it look good. Out of sight, out of mind.
