My niece is not mobile without a walker. We went thru drive thru to see if we can get copies of her statements thru there and the gentleman was really polite and nice and said she would need to come inside with a smile. No problem. We go inside and Olivia, who assisted my niece was there to open and greet my niece from the door to her desk and assisted her very quickly and with utmost customer service. She answered all questions my niece had and all with a smile. Now this is a bank to put your money in. Praises to Olivia for the excellent customer service and quite honestly turning our morning around to a awesome day. Community America, Olivia at this Branch is a definite keeper. Keep being good to her because it shows on how she represents your bank. Much Aloha Olivia. 🌺🌺

New upgrade on online banking for businesses sucks I have been with them for years and now will have to look n see if any bank will let me have control of all my accounts like u all once did no one has time to keep making phone calls to switch bills around smh

Although the location is convenient, the ATM machines rarely work for deposits. This location sucks. I guess I am will drive across town to make sure I can do my banking.
