The absolute worst customer service. The owner sold the SAME gun TWICE. He also thought it was appropriate to curse at my mother. Terrible business I can not fathom how he has been in service this long.

I love to support a small business, and shop local. My husband and I purchased a gun in Maryland, and had it transferred here to do the paperwork and pick up. It arrived to Smyrna Sporting goods in 1/28/21, and we got no phone call that it was in. On 2/1/21 my husband called there, and was told the gun was not there. I called the store we purchased it from, and they gave me the tracking information. I called Smyrna Sporting Goods back, and spoke to a rude and nasty man. It is such a same to see a business like this give such poor customer service, and not even care. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I just recently purchased a firearm from this store, and the owner was very helpful. He was knowledgeable, and very courteous. I plan to get a firearm for my wife soon, and will more than likely go back to this same shop.
