So after a negative review and a few more interactions I have updated my review and have revised a few comments. I am still not super satisfied with a few things revolving around willis but I will keep those comments to myself for the time being but that is neither here nor there, nor is it any of the salesman that have brought me to a negative conclusion or have impacted my prior review. So Glen is an absolute pleasure to do buisness with. I have not personally purchased a vehicle from him but we have spoke on several occasions and he always knows what vehicles coming and going and where they came from which in my opinion is.prett impressive. He knows his vehicles and he knows his buisness. I seen a vehicle that I like so hopefully willis can help me make it mine, and make me a happy camper. Frank is another Salesman that is on top of his game.. Thank you for your help Glen and Frank........ If we purchase I can update my experience.

I was surprised how quickly I got a much needed service; because on previous calls that wasn't the case. The gentleman who scheduled me was quick, helpful and efficient. I really appreciated that he listened to me, and was so patient with me. It was a pleasure wotking with him.

2018 Malibu, oil change and tire rotation: Labor $50.70, parts $29.25 Total $79.95. That's the price WILLIS CHEVROLET charged me for that vehicle.I suggest you do call around before taking your vehicle to this rip off place. Willis Ford ( not Willis Chevrolet) charged me $59.95 for the same exact work on my F-150 and Kenny's ( the manager at WILLIS CHEVROLET) only excuse was " the prices went up". The local dealers I called charge about the same prices as Willis Ford which is $59.95. Call around and find out for yourself. Also Kenny said that synthetic oil is the only option they have, the only option any new car and pre- owned vehicles require... That's a blunt lie.. read your owner's manual instructions, it doesn't require synthetic oil, open your hood and read the cap where you pour the motor oil... They are using that excuse as a tactic to charge you more... Your car will be good with just conventional oil as long as you regularly change the oil when it's due. They like to put " the fear" of "your car requires synthetic oil". Remember it's your car and you have the right to select the type of motor oil you want for your car according to your budget... they automatically select synthetic simply because is more money in their pockets. I've had negative experiences in the past with this dealer including an incident with the " greasy talk" lady at the front desk , her attitude is not the right display for business. Again, my suggestion to every customer like me, call around for a better affordable price that involves the same exact job before you use the services of this place. This place is definitely taking advantage of the inflation to charge "sky high" prices. Save yourself some cash before going to this place.. see attached invoice please, For security purposes my number was blurred out. Have a blessed day.
