When I went to pick up my mobile order, the lady behind the counter said "that is not for you. That's a pick up order" It looked like what I ordered so I went to take another look to see if it had my name on it and she repeated the same thing. It was my order. It had my name on it. Today was the third time that an order of mine for a Carmel craze iced signature latte was not correct at this location. Twice there was no whipped cream. Today it had chocolate syrup and multicolored sprinkles. I NEVER have this problem at any other Dunkin. I'll just start ordering at West Atlantic Ave instead.

Used to be great. There is only two good workers there in the morning. The new kid with the glasses is rude. If he makes a mistake, somehow it is your fault. They don't pay attention to detail. Usually I don't write reviews, but that kid is horrible. The first shift, kid with glasses is HORRIBLE. The manager in the first shift runs around all stressed out. The tension radiates off of her. (WEEKDAY MORNINGS). The petite younger girl who has been there a while is awesome. She is the reason I still go. She knows how to deal with customers. They should make her a regional manager.

I don't know why this particular DD, not others, has such an issue with their cups and lids. I get coffee everyday from them because they are closet to work. Every single day the cups and lids leak bad, and I end up with coffee all over the place if I don't wrap napkins around the cup. This weekend I ordered two days in a row delivery. The lids were not on well and when it got to me half my coffee had spilled into the bag and all over my daughters croissant and we had to throw it away. Why is quality so hard for this particular location. It makes me so mad.

Hi Shirley, you should leave a review rather than post a question, however posting online about your past employment is probably not the best idea for future employment. This manager may not be a good one and in that case he did you a favor by letting you go somewhere where you will excel.
