Just spent my Birthday Celebration here last night! Everything was almost perfect! Hub and Father in law got the prime steak, Mother in law got the filet, I got the Chicken Trio, Kids had shrimp and tenders. App was the zucchini fritti and it was delightful as always! Hub steak was well done but the manager picked up on that asap and bought us a beer and took care of one of our sangrias! He was very on top on things and we are thankful for that! Our waiter was Dan and he was amazing. He was attentive kind and thoughtful. He brought me a desert with a candle and they sang even though we could ent even eat my bday cake we had brought lol 😂 The whole evening was perfect and the employees and manager and food are the reasons for that! We will be returning again and again for sure! Ty to Carraba’s & Staff so much for an amazing bday celebration 🎉

3/26 6:30pm I was so impressed with the staff here. For a chain I didn't expect much, but the staff tried their best to attend to their customers from the front desk to the server. The girl at the front who was getting the guests name even helped cleaned the table so we can get seated. The restaurant is overlooking the water however we came late but for next time, we will come early so we can be seated outdoor. We could but I don't want to wait. Anyway,, Once we got seated, they informed us immediately that server will be with us in few minutes. Alex came and apologized for the short delay but it really didn't bother us. This was our first time here and was surprised with the service . Warm bread was served with the delicious olive oil dip. We didn't order anything out of the ordinary however we felt we aren't in a chain restaurant. We had a great dining experience . Alex often checked on us to make sure we are happy customers. My lemonade was refilled without asking . Ceasar salad with grilled shrimps and mussels were delicious . So as the mahi waulfe. My husband enjoyed his chicken Marsala. Over all experience compared to other restaurants of its class was excellent. The rating is mainly for food and service.

We had an awesome waiter "Scottie" He made us feel right at home! very nice and polite and he even joked around with us! I really liked that! He was very professional but treated us like he knew us like his best friends and that was my first time to eat there! I'm from Mississippi! So I definitely will be back! Great experience!!😃

I don’t know where to begin.. I came here with my girlfriend on a not so busy hour. Ernesto our server, did not present himself and immediately asked what do you want. We ordered Truffle Fries, Chicken Parmesan and fettuccini carrabbas. The truffle fries was incorrect. I work in the Italian restaurant industry and I know what a good truffle fry looked and taste like. It was just plain French fries with Parmesan cheese on top. Not only that between the time of getting the “truffle” fries ,we waited 40 mins for our main course. Keep in mind not busy at all. The manager came to check on us and we explained everything to him. He was super nice and gave us a discount which would’ve been two stars but the server and the food was just a poor job.The chicken on the fettuccini was too peppery, the pene pomodoro they forgot to bring us was too watery and the pene was rubbery. Ernesto was finally ecstatic when the check was needed. Would I come back? No. Would I recommend? If there ever was a good day.
