Good luck trying to ask about your bill, they will threaten you with legal action rather than talk to you. Terrible managment as others have said and there is no recourse if you are looking for someone besides the passive aggressive manager to talk to. Want to try finding more answers on their broken website? Good luck! Terrible company who will mistreat you, raise the rent regularly, create new rules, and will be as unhelpful as possible. Don't bring your business here.
