THIS PLACE! absolutely thrilled to have come here to practice. The teachers and students are welcoming. The room is spot on for heat and humidity and they have 90 min 26&2. The healing series is valued here in the space. Whether passing through or new to yoga at Hot Yoga Jupiter you will experience our community at its finest. Vacationing in the area, we did not want to miss our Bikram yoga practice so dropped in for a class and were greeted by friendly ,smiling teachers and students. The studio is pretty and clean. The sign above the yoga room itself is welcoming and intention setting : " Meditation Room ". Stephen's instructions were energizing and helpful. We are grateful for the experience and would attend again.

The Gem of Jupiter. I've been a practitioner of yoga for many years but never tried hot yoga/Bikram method until I came to the studio. I got to say that hot yoga isn't just commercialized hype - there's really is something to it. Rachel and Sarah are the twin sister owners who, like many yogis, had their lives permanently changed from this program based on an ancient practice and naturally want to share this with others. Rates are extremely reasonable and everyone is made to feel welcome. Check out the schedule online from their website, and inquire about first month free programs for new students.

I highly recommend this studio! It is clean, welcoming, and the instructors are amazing! I haven’t done hot yoga in years- I had two kids and some health issues and got out of practice. Now that I’m back I feel stronger and better than I have in a long time. Don’t be intimidated by the “hot” in this yoga, come try it out. It is a very healthy addition to have! 😆
