I'm very surprised, South Park Junction CIty Exercise area have a very clean and earlier in the morning fresh air. Also lot of people Doing exercise.

Went bike riding here last October. The path was quite nice, paved a good amount of the time and nice and smooth. There is a high overlook to the south of Junction City down Hwy 77 that is quite lovely. There were benches at various spots to rest if you are walking. I would think it is a nice trail to bring a dog on as well.
