The safety of our customers and associates is our highest priority. As our stores reopen, we are taking care to keep stores clean and enforce social distancing. Here are some of the actions we are taking: cleaning and sanitizing all stores, training associates on new protocols and best practices, signage and audio reminders about maintaining a proper social distance, safety precautions in our fitting rooms and checkout desks, limiting store capacity to recommended numbers

Orders shipped via standard delivery typically arrive in 5-7 business days for the United States and selected Territories. Business days are limited to M-F 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST, not including holidays. The Express fulfillment center is closed for the observance of major United States holidays.

Express will accept returns and exchanges for items purchased in our U.S. stores and online based on the following requirements. We will not accept a return or exchange if requested more than 60 days after the purchase. Third party branded products purchased online cannot be returned in stores. We will not accept returns and exchanges that were purchased in our Express Factory Outlet stores, or in stores outside the U.S. Some items have a “Do Not Remove” tag or a “Keep This Tag Attached” tag, which must still be attached to the item in order to request a refund or exchange. Please decide if you are completely satisfied with your item before you remove such a tag.

Online orders can be returned or exchanged within 60 days at any Express store. Online returns are not accepted at Express Factory Outlet stores.

Gift Cards can be purchased in Express retail stores, Express Factory Outlet stores, and on express.com.
