There’s been to many times where i come there for a package and they say they don't have it when their app says its there. I went there one time and they said they didn’t have it so i left, they called me up saying they accidentally put it in my brothers po box. For me to come there and not get a package that is there 3 times in a row is ridiculous.

Need to speak w postmaster there because unable to get there during week due to work hours. I am a traveler and had spoken w her before in regards to do my extensions in person not on line.
