Shop did not open at 10:00 like it is posted on the web site. It opened at 10:15 with only one staff person. And this was Saturday morning. Many customers left. My pedicure was very quick.

This place has zero customer service skills, they are so rude, the prices they have posted are not the actual pricing, once you sit and begin, they say it's "5.00" more or what ever amount they want to charge you, I argued with her and mentioned that I am not getting any extra services other than what is posted....stay the hell away from this place, and my nails looked horrible, its the worst experience Ive ever had!

Unprofessional staff and service. Never will I return here. You're required to pay first before they provide services. I walked out, as did several women.
